Provide in-house legal support across the Hassell group, focusing on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and project contracts, advising on disputes, risk management, and mentoring a junior team member across Australian and international operations.

Provide hands-on project office and team support for a large multidisciplinary design team: manage calendars, schedules, travel, meeting coordination, digital filing, supplies, onboarding, workshops, events, and day-to-day project administration to keep teams connected and organized.

Lead and contribute to urban design and masterplanning projects across scales. Prepare site/regional analyses, concept plans, reports, diagrams and presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants, navigate Mainland China planning and approval frameworks, engage stakeholders, and apply regenerative urban development principles with strong visual communication.
