Lead and supervise a team developing axle, suspension, and brake electronic control systems for commercial vehicles. Oversee ECU programming, system design, SIL/HIL validation, DFMEA, hardware/software integration, calibration, and standards compliance (ISO 26262, SAE). Drive employee development, process improvement, and act as technical liaison for controls strategy and sourcing decisions.

Greet and direct visitors, answer switchboard, manage mailroom and shipping, maintain employee training files per IATF16949, order supplies, perform clerical HR support, and assist departments with administrative tasks.

Drive sales growth for military and specialty vehicle markets by promoting Hendrickson products to OEMs, government entities, fleets, and end users. Develop business strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, support product performance and installations, resolve field issues, manage forecasts and customer relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Designs and develops elastomeric suspension components, managing projects through SPPD. Coordinates CAD/FEA/prototyping, validates prototypes, supports manufacturing readiness and APQP, improves product performance/cost, and presents solutions to customers while driving continuous improvement.
