Prepare and maintain technical and customer-specific CAD drawings and 3D layouts, support Applications Engineers and drafting leadership, ensure drawing accuracy to company standards, assist continuous improvement, create facility/shop drawings, provide basic design support, and uphold quality and safety policies.

Lead category sourcing strategies across divisions, manage supplier identification and performance, run RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts/MPAs, drive cross-functional sourcing projects, and implement continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team for high-voltage switchgear, driving bid strategy, pricing, contract negotiations, customer account management, sales forecasting, and order handoff while mentoring staff and representing the division externally at trade events.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise learning and talent development programs. Manage LMS and learning technologies, facilitate training, evaluate program effectiveness, and partner with HR and business leaders on leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. Handle vendor management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
