Creates and maintains mechanical and electrical CAD drawings and design documents for switchgear manufacturing. Collaborates with engineering, sales, applications, production, and vendors to translate design concepts into manufacturable products, maintain revision control, resolve design issues, and improve cost, quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Provides design support across multiple projects while following company quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Reviews test data, supports manufacturing and quality teams, resolves customer and vendor technical issues, and recommends design improvements and cost reductions. Leads assigned design, testing, and prototype projects while coordinating product compliance certifications with agencies such as UL and Intertek. Provides customer and proposal support and travels to customer sites, vendors, and trade shows as needed.

Drive national sales and account growth for IT cooling equipment, services, and software. Develop strategic customer relationships, pursue new business, manage channel partners, lead proposals and negotiations, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires technical knowledge of HVAC, mission-critical infrastructure, power quality, and data center solutions, along with strong commercial, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Lead day-to-day engineering operations for the Diamond Vision Systems Division, working hands-on with engineers to design systems, resolve complex technical and quality issues, manage supplier sourcing and overseas factory coordination, and develop engineering talent. Support product development execution, warranty resolution, and translate technical capability into market and customer value.

Provides accounting guidance and financial analysis to manufacturing divisions, including monthly reporting, variance analysis, journal entries, GAAP compliance, forecasting, inventory accounting, physical inventory planning, cost control, and annual business planning. The role also advises and trains finance personnel, supports data accuracy, and communicates financial information to leadership and non-financial stakeholders.

Lead electrical and power-electronics design for rail propulsion systems: PCB design in Altium, system integration, testing, firmware tweaks, requirements management, customer interfacing, and field support. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and generate specifications, test procedures, and documentation for qualification and production.

Design and support Diamond Vision LED display products through full lifecycle: concept, development, testing, manufacturing, installation, and field support. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement, collaborate with overseas factories and suppliers, create engineering documentation (BOMs, drawings, specs), perform supplier qualifications and FATs, and provide technical support to internal teams and customers.

Execute QA activities including pre-shipment and supplier inspections, internal and supplier audits, support customer and ISO audits, analyze inspection data, manage nonconforming reports, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintain quality procedures and training.
