Manage monthly invoicing and project financial administration for A/E projects: set up projects, interpret contracts, execute billing cycles, reconcile project finances, track AR, ensure insurance and compliance, and prepare MWBE and agency reports.

Develop and produce A/E/C marketing deliverables including qualification statements, proposals, presentations, and project narratives; collaborate with principals and marketing team; maintain marketing assets like project sheets, resumes, and databases.
