Leads acquisition and product-line integrations across manufacturing operations. Manages cross-functional teams, transition plans, budgets, schedules, risks, interdependencies, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Supports due diligence, functional integration-team launches, production and repair readiness, handoffs, and lessons learned. Requires strong project and program management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in complex multicultural and multi-time-zone environments.

Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components and circuitry. Perform schematic capture, circuit analysis and simulation; define system/module designs; generate test procedures; participate in design reviews, DVT, failure analysis, and root-cause corrective action. Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and customers to manage technical and supply-chain risks and deliver cost/quality/timeline objectives.

Support project engineering for optical/laser development and production: coordinate suppliers, analyze designs, develop specs and test plans, troubleshoot hardware/process anomalies, and collaborate across engineering, quality, program management and supply chain. May travel up to 10%.

Lead multiple DoD laser development projects, manage cost/schedule/technical execution, perform earned value analysis, mitigate program risks, estimate resources/materials, coordinate subcontractors, support proposals/BOEs, provide technical leadership and hands-on integration and testing, and transition products to operations and quality.

Own and execute manufacturing test strategy for electro-mechanical and electro-optical products in NPI and transition. Develop, transfer, and install test platforms and procedures, support production troubleshooting and yield improvement, author test documentation, coordinate test capability relocations, and ensure equipment readiness, compliance, and cost-effective manufacturing test operations.
