Requires extensive defense-market electromechanical packaging experience, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Onsite role with 10–20% travel.

Lead multiple DoD laser development projects, manage cost/schedule/technical execution, perform earned value analysis, mitigate program risks, estimate resources/materials, coordinate subcontractors, support proposals/BOEs, provide technical leadership and hands-on integration and testing, and transition products to operations and quality.
