Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff using ADP Workforce Now, reconcile time and attendance, handle adjustments and garnishments, and manage leave programs (FMLA, Illinois Paid Leave, workers' comp, STD, PTO). Serve as employee resource for routine payroll and leave questions, coordinate claim documentation, and support W-2, ACA reporting, new hire payroll setup, and HR reporting.

Lead and manage daily route delivery operations including recruiting, hiring, fleet maintenance, driver development, safety compliance (DOT/OSHA), cost control, route optimization, and close partnership with Sales to ensure on-time, high-quality service.
