Provide administrative and project support to environmental Project Managers: scheduling, report preparation/QC, invoicing, document processing, proposal and CRM/ERP data management, and business development support. Target 50% utilization while supporting project execution and PM efficiency.

Perform traffic impact and capacity analyses, develop and review signal timing and design plans, run traffic operations models (Synchro, HCS, VISSIM), conduct multimodal evaluations, and prepare technical reports and design documentation.
