Lead design and implementation of college and career readiness systems across the Phoenix network. Build partnerships with colleges and workforce organizations, create internship and certification pathways, track alumni postsecondary progress, and manage postsecondary accountability. Develop multi-year strategic plans, support advisory units, and coordinate stakeholders to increase access and persistence for first-generation, low-income, immigrant, and students of color.

Provide front desk support as the primary visitor contact: greet visitors, manage calls, support staff and students, coordinate event setup/breakdown, maintain shared spaces, handle room scheduling, attendance tracking, data entry, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth front office operations.
