Drive wedding and social event sales for the resort by developing and executing sales strategies, soliciting and negotiating group bookings, managing vendor relationships, supporting on-site events, maintaining databases, and collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue and marketing objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and seasonal roles: develop sourcing strategies, maintain ATS, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate hiring and offers, report on recruitment metrics, and support employer branding and immigration/LMIA processes.
