Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, prioritize jobs based on due dates and material availability, communicate updates to production teams, monitor work-in-progress, collaborate with purchasing and customer service, maintain ERP scheduling records, and support continuous improvement to meet delivery commitments and reduce downtime.

Manage plant-level manufacturing cost accounting, maintain standard costs, analyze variances, reconcile inventory and general ledger, lead month/year-end closes, support audits, and partner with EHS on environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Lead process improvement and R&D initiatives for label and packaging production: plan and execute projects, run trials, analyze data, implement lean/Six Sigma improvements, support cross-functional teams, provide technical sales support, and maintain Elite Plant Standards.

Support and improve label printing and converting processes by developing, documenting, and validating best practices. Analyze production data, optimize workforce and equipment utilization, train personnel, maintain permits and environmental reporting, assist with equipment safety and specification, and work directly on the production floor to improve flexo printing machine performance.

Lead and coordinate all HR functions across multiple plant locations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, LMS administration, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, HR metrics reporting, and managing HR/payroll/L&D staff to support organizational goals and employee engagement.

Oversees plant accounting operations: payroll, AP/AR, fixed assets, product costing, budgeting, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, inventory control, reconciliations, and supervises accounting staff while supporting internal audit and HR submissions.
