Leads HIAS operations and refugee protection programming in Chad, overseeing strategy, program delivery, donor relations, finances, compliance, staff development, safeguarding, security, and stakeholder engagement. The role represents HIAS with government, UN, EU, NGO, and donor partners; manages country programs and large teams; ensures quality, accountability, and financial controls; and travels frequently to Eastern Chad and other challenging environments.

Administer and maintain the Raiser's Edge NXT fundraising database; process data requests, queries, exports, imports, and constituent updates. Maintain data quality, coding structures, communication preferences, documentation, and integrations. Generate routine and ad hoc reports, prepare campaign data files, identify discrepancies, and support fundraising operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Senior leader responsible for institutional revenue growth and diversification. Develops and executes fundraising strategy, expands donor partnerships, manages fundraising operations and team, ensures proposal quality and compliance, and provides data-driven forecasting to support organizational planning and financial sustainability.
