Supports the CFO by overseeing accounting operations across three business units. Prepares financial statements, assists with budgeting and forecasting, ensures GAAP and statutory compliance, supports audits, maintains internal controls, manages cash flow and banking relationships, and leads the accounting team. The role also compiles policy and claims data for reinsurance placement and contributes to special projects.
