Supports credit union members with account and loan needs, recommends financial products, meets individual and branch sales goals, and conducts cross-selling and outbound calling. Maintains accurate documentation, performs loan and account quality checks, complies with regulations, protects member information, and supports the Member Care Center during high call volume. Builds positive member and team relationships while identifying solutions for members who do not initially qualify for services.
