Supports credit union members with account and loan needs, achieves individual and branch sales goals, identifies cross-selling opportunities, conducts outbound calls, and recommends financial solutions. Ensures accurate documentation, performs quality control reviews, maintains regulatory compliance and confidentiality, assists with member service calls, and builds positive relationships across the organization.

Build and grow a profitable commercial insurance book through credit union referrals and independent prospecting. Develop referral relationships, manage sales pipelines, conduct coverage reviews, quote and bind policies, and achieve production goals. Serve as the primary insurance liaison for credit union partners, support business banking teams, and provide ongoing account service, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Drives branch sales and production goals by assisting members with accounts, loans, and financial solutions. Identifies cross-sell opportunities, conducts outbound calls, reviews documentation for quality, maintains regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and supports the Member Care Center during high call volume. Builds positive member and internal relationships while contributing to credit union operations and culture.

Manages the Credit Resolution Department, including collections, recoveries, delinquency performance, charge-offs, loss mitigation, compliance, reporting, vendors, and staff leadership. Oversees consumer, mortgage, credit card, and business loan recovery activities; monitors risk and portfolio trends; coordinates audits and regulatory responses; manages collection-related vendors; and leads process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational controls.
