Design, build, and maintain enterprise conversational and agentic AI (chatbots/agents) using low-code and pro-code (Python). Implement RAG, integrate with APIs, SQL, SharePoint, and .NET apps, extend RPA workflows, enforce governance (PII, audit), and support CI/CD and deployment across Dev/QA/Prod environments.

Designs and implements manufacturing quality processes, leads process qualification and continuous improvement using SPC, DoE, FMEA and root-cause analysis. Supports supplier inspection criteria, conducts print reviews, first-article inspections, audits, and trains inspectors. Uses metrics and statistical tools to drive corrective actions and launch new or revised products.

Manage supplier relationships and maintain purchase orders and delivery schedules in the ERP. Negotiate schedules, resolve invoice and paperwork discrepancies, report delivery status, and coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Accounting to ensure timely availability of materials.

Lead procurement strategy and operations across multiple locations. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, optimize supply chain and costs, mitigate risks, lead a procurement team, and use data analysis to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Support and improve manufacturing quality by implementing SPC, FMEA, DoE, gage R&R and other quality tools. Qualify processes/equipment, perform print reviews, develop inspection criteria, lead root cause/corrective actions, train staff, analyze quality data, and assist supplier and internal audits to ensure product and process conformance.
