Provide strategic financial leadership as a senior executive: oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, treasury, internal controls, and nonprofit fund accounting; advise CEO and Board; support fundraising and evaluate financial impacts of programs and capital projects; build and develop the finance team while ensuring compliance and stewardship.
