Manage day-to-day office operations at the 200 W. Madison office, coordinating facilities, vendors, supplies, workspace setup and onboarding/offboarding, event logistics, and vendor agreements. Maintain office procedures, inventories, and common areas while supporting employees, HR, IT, and leadership to ensure timely, professional resolution of office needs.

Provide administrative and litigation support: draft and proofread pleadings and correspondence, maintain case files and databases, track deadlines, file documents with courts, communicate with stakeholders, assist with hearings/trials, prepare trial binders, and use case management, legal research, and AI tools to support attorneys.

Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation: manage caseloads, draft pleadings/motions/discovery, coordinate court filings and deadlines, prepare case summaries, assist trial preparation, and communicate with attorneys, experts, and court personnel.

Provide legal and administrative support for attorneys and litigation paralegals: draft and format pleadings and correspondence, manage case files and e-filing, coordinate communications, prepare trial materials, assist with hearings and discovery, and use case management, research tools, and AI tools to support legal drafting and document review.
