Senior DevOps Engineer advising customers on DevOps transformation, designing and implementing cloud-native architectures, automating infrastructure with IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform), building CI/CD pipelines, operating containers/Kubernetes and serverless, implementing monitoring/logging and security (DevSecOps/MLOps), and delivering professional services while leading technical engagements.

Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Azure environments for multiple clients. Provision and maintain Azure resources, implement IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), enforce identity and security controls, monitor performance, manage costs, implement backup and disaster recovery, provide L3 support and RCA, and engage with clients on infrastructure health and projects.

Design, build, and support secure, highly available cloud environments across AWS/Azure/GCP using IaC, CI/CD, containers, serverless, and observability. Implement networking, IAM, pipelines, monitoring, FinOps reporting, and create design docs and handover guides while applying DevSecOps and SRE practices.

Embed with customers to design, prototype, and deliver LLM-powered production systems and agentic workflows. Own end-to-end architecture, cloud AI setup (Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI), DevSecOps, adoption programs, metrics, and enablement; mentor engineers and support go-live and hyper-care.
