Process and reconcile payroll, collect and verify timesheets, enter payroll data into HRIS, calculate wages/deductions, prepare reports, address employee payroll questions, and collaborate with HR and Finance. Performs payroll documentation maintenance and occasional travel within the service area.

Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership including calendar, travel and meeting management; prepare correspondence, reports and presentations; manage expenses, supplies, records and confidential information; take meeting minutes; coordinate projects, events and stakeholder communications; perform research and be available outside normal hours as needed. Travel within the service area required.

Support a range of HR functions—onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR records. Partner with HR leadership, managers, and vendors to ensure policy compliance, maintain HR systems, assist performance management, and support operational HR needs across assigned service areas. Requires local travel as needed.
