Supports the financial execution of complex construction projects by maintaining budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change documentation, billing, invoices, vendor records, and subcontractor payments. The role coordinates with project managers, accounting, cost engineering, and subcontractors to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and system data. It also contributes to process improvements and supports a flagship AI infrastructure project in Ft. Stockton, Texas.

Support project management and construction teams with document control, cost accounting, scheduling, RFIs, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, CPM scheduling, CMiC administration, payment applications, and Last Planner System implementation to ensure successful project execution and closeout.
