Hands-on internship within Dry Van or Regional Truckload operations supporting management and drivers. Interns will learn driver leadership, customer relationship development, and operations tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while gaining real-world trucking industry experience.

Manage customer service for assigned accounts by handling inquiries, booking and recording loads, securing appointments, supervising trailer pools, performing solicitations, delegating to associates, and monitoring service levels to meet sales and marketing requirements.

Recruit qualified drivers, owner-operators, and trainees through phone/online screening. Present company benefits/pay, verify applicant histories (DAC, MVR, references), and make hiring decisions. Coordinate orientation and travel arrangements, promote referral programs, track applicants through the process, and report to the Recruiting Supervisor. Goal of three hires per week; occasional travel to recruiting events.
