Serve as the liaison between customers and lending institutions to secure financing, review credit, structure payments, present F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance, complete deal paperwork, secure timely funding, track F&I performance, meet finance income and product sales targets, and support customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily sales operations and a team of 4–20 staff: manage schedules, quotas, and leads; coach sales staff; ensure accurate CRM and desk deals via Motility/VIN Solutions; coordinate with GSM and F&I; monitor inventory and appraise trades; resolve customer issues; participate in events; enforce compliance and inventory standards.

Oversee daily sales team operations including scheduling, coaching, lead management, deal desk processing, inventory and trade appraisals, CRM documentation, customer issue resolution, and collaboration with F&I and GSM to meet sales goals and compliance standards.
