Act as the liaison between agency and community to develop and promote home health and hospice services. Execute territory sales and marketing strategies, maintain CRM pipeline, meet admit quotas and call/activity targets, provide in-service education to referral sources, manage marketing expenditures and ROI, and complete timely sales administration.

Ensure adherence to the organization's Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies by acknowledging obligations, certifying ongoing compliance during employment, and understanding that violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination.

Drive territory growth through prospecting, account development, regular sales calls, CRM pipeline management, in-service education, and budgeted marketing activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company Code of Conduct.
