Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize process control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA) to ensure safe, reliable plant operations. Provide technical support, perform root-cause analysis, implement automation upgrades, and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations while collaborating with operations and engineering teams.

Perform material selection, metallurgical evaluation, testing, failure analysis, and corrosion assessment for oil & gas/refinery equipment; review specifications, support inspections, produce technical reports, and ensure material integrity, quality, safety, and compliance.

Coordinate FAT/SAT and perform testing/acceptance activities using AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN per IEC 61439.
