Produce live play-by-play commentary and multimedia content for NTDP games and events. Manage social and digital channels, create video/graphics, maintain player/game statistics and records, support media relations, and assist arena event communications and promotions.

Manage program services for membership development: build partner relationships, support events, develop tools and Power BI dashboards, contribute to Microsoft Fabric AI/analytics projects, and execute elements of integrated marketing. Travel for 3–5 tournaments and support volunteers and local leaders.

Summer internship supporting Membership Services to analyze member data, identify growth trends and KPIs, build Power BI dashboards, perform statistical analysis, and assist with Microsoft Fabric and AI Copilot implementation.
