Supports outside sales by estimating, quoting, and specifying HVAC and building automation equipment. Produces controls/piping layouts, schematics, equipment schedules, submittals, and factory control configurations. Performs job takeoffs, attends walk-throughs, creates job folders in Spectrum, handles order entry, and supports operations post hand-off. Occasional site travel and overnight stays required.

Coordinate with outside sales to estimate, quote, and configure HVAC and building automation equipment. Produce pre-job folders, control and piping layouts, equipment schedules and specifications. Perform job takeoffs, attend pre-bid walk-throughs, create submittals and factory control configurations, enter orders, support operations post hand-off, and assist with training interns.

Grow the Residential and Light Commercial HVAC customer base within a designated territory through outside sales, relationship building, product education, quoting/proposal generation, and meeting sales targets. Coordinate with parts, marketing, and manufacturers, attend trade shows and training, log activity in Sugar CRM, and travel regionally to support customers and drive market share.
