The role researches markets, tracks competitive and project intelligence, supports strategic accounts, advances pursuits, coordinates internal stakeholders, participates in industry events, and maintains CRM records. It requires strong relationship-building, communication, organization, business judgment, and knowledge of the A/E/C and commercial real estate environments.

Leads RJM Construction’s IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, operations, cybersecurity policies, technology projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and IT staff. Advises senior leadership, translates business needs into technology solutions, oversees Microsoft device platforms and business applications, supports integrations and upgrades, and develops processes, measurement tools, training, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
