Drive assisted living and memory care referrals and admissions by building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources. Manage leads, tours, conversions, CRM compliance, community events, marketing, and social media to achieve census and positioning goals. Support admissions paperwork and customer service.

Provides courteous front-desk support as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, employees, and the public. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering and routing calls, providing clerical support, maintaining records and confidentiality, using Microsoft Office and office equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires multitasking, communication, organization, problem-solving, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time day and evening schedule.
