Hands-on manufacturing engineer responsible for improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and employee experience. Applies Lean and Toyota Production System principles to identify waste, analyze root causes, test improvements, implement standard work, and increase manufacturing flow and capacity. Supports process development, equipment and tooling improvements, layouts, material flow, capacity analysis, and new technology implementation while collaborating with production teams, engineering, and product development.
