Lead client discovery and design scalable Lakehouse/warehouse analytics platforms on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Implement ingestion, transformation, orchestration (SQL, Spark, KQL), build analytics-ready models, enable compute engines, design AI-enabled agentic solutions, enforce governance/security, establish monitoring/runbooks, and produce consulting deliverables and enablement for handoff.

Provide frontline technical support and IT service management for clients, handling Microsoft 365/Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Windows Server, SAN and networking; maintain documentation, assist with deployments and migrations, support presales scoping, and deliver strong customer service onsite or remotely.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CTO: manage complex calendars, plan domestic and international travel, coordinate meetings and events, track action items, manage vendor relationships, support cross-functional initiatives, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Design and deliver workshops and training on Microsoft 365 Copilot; lead change management and user adoption initiatives; assess information management and storage; recommend and implement M365 solutions; create documentation, training materials, and change management plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client engagements.

Provide administrative and logistical support to CEO, CTO, and leadership including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel planning, expense tracking, event logistics, vendor coordination, Microsoft 365-based file organization, and support for cross-functional initiatives.
