Founding Account Manager responsible for building the account management function, owning a portfolio of PSP and large corporate clients, driving retention, renewals, upsell and expansion, creating AM playbooks, tracking portfolio health, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Compliance.

Support the sales team by prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, assisting the dealing desk, maintaining CRM and reporting, researching KPIs and competitors, and helping organize events and newsletters. Gain hands-on experience in payments, FX and crypto.

Serve as a technical pre-sales lead for enterprise fintech clients: qualify requirements, run demos, respond to RFPs, produce proposals and integration architectures. Manage complex onboarding for regulated institutions (KYB/KYC), coordinate internal teams, translate regulatory requirements (MiCA, travel rule, AML) into operational steps, and provide market feedback to Product while building pre-sales enablement materials.
