Lead strategy and performance of the Leadership Annual Giving program ($1,000–$24,999 donors). Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, supervise two Relationship Managers, develop integrated multi-channel engagement with Direct Response, drive pipeline to major gifts, analyze program performance, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.

Lead Strategic Giving by managing a $25K+ major donor portfolio, overseeing four Relationship Managers, driving donor engagement and portfolio strategy, producing data-informed forecasting and executive reports, and building multi-year fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing and vendor payments; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close support; support grant accounting, budgeting, intercompany transactions, internal controls, audits, and process improvements; serve as primary AP resource for employees and vendors.
