Processes cash receipts, insurance and patient payments, contractual adjustments, and write-offs; prepares invoices; maintains accounts receivable records; supports month-end and year-end close activities; reconciles accounts; generates reports; and maintains payment and invoice documentation. The role requires accurate data entry, intermediate Excel skills, accounting software experience, confidentiality, and the ability to resolve discrepancies.
