Provides overnight, onsite HR support across New York plants. Advises managers and employees on employee relations, benefits, leaves, policies, onboarding, training, HR communications, and personnel transactions in the HRIS. Supports safety, incident response, compliance, recruitment, investigations, and documentation while serving as the primary HR contact for assigned facilities.
