Manage inventory and transportation operations across multiple warehouses: record inventory in the ERP, optimize stock levels, create/manage transportation orders and documentation, analyze logistics KPIs, update process documentation, and collaborate with procurement, production, warehousing and customer service to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Drive strategic account growth for enterprise clients in the Courier, Express, and Parcel industry across Italy. Manage a portfolio of large accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, lead contract discussions, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and represent the company at industry events. Frequent travel across Italy and occasional travel within Europe required.
