Sell season tickets, ticket packages, single-game tickets, group tickets, and premium seating while generating new business through prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and leads. Manage the sales pipeline, conduct appointments, maintain CRM and ticketing records, achieve revenue goals, service existing accounts, support game-day operations, and represent the club at events and community initiatives. The role requires evenings, weekends, holidays, and match-day work.

Generates group ticket revenue through prospecting, relationship building, presentations, networking, and community outreach. Manages sales from lead generation through closing, payment, and event execution; services group clients and cultivates repeat business. Maintains CRM records, coordinates with internal departments, hosts clients during matches, represents the club at events, and meets sales objectives. Requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, matches, and other non-traditional hours.
