Provide on-site lifecycle management and technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices. Perform rack-and-stack, basic cabling, hardware/software and network troubleshooting, AV support, medium-complexity IT projects, documentation, and ensure device compliance with ITAR and cybersecurity standards (CMMC L2, NIST 800-171).

Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise Windows server and endpoint environments in a hybrid infrastructure. Support virtualization (VMware), Dell server hardware, Azure/Entra ID hybrid integration, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management (Intune/MDM), networking (SonicWall, Cisco), and cybersecurity controls (NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, ITAR). Troubleshoot Tier II/III incidents, develop PowerShell automation, participate in disaster recovery, and maintain documentation and vendor coordination.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Communicate regularly with customers, resolve issues, upsell/cross-sell, coordinate internal teams, negotiate contracts, monitor payments, prepare account reports, and support renewals while identifying new business opportunities.
