Administer, configure, and maintain on-site IT assets and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VOIP/PABX). Provide end-user support, software/OS installation, asset staging, network/LAN/WAN setup, security monitoring, and ITIL-based incident/change management for engineering and construction project sites.

Lead and manage document control for engineering/construction projects: operate as EDMS administrator, supervise physical and electronic filing, control transmittals and numbering, ensure document quality/compliance, distribute drawings and reports, maintain revision control, respond to client/subcontractor document requests, and train/mentor document control staff.
