Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and technical compliance for engineering EPC projects. Coordinate interfaces, review technical submittals, monitor design/procurement/construction/commissioning progress, manage claims and deliverables, prepare project plans and close-out documentation, and liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-cost, and quality delivery.

Manage procurement systems for assigned EPC projects: generate purchase orders in SAP, track material delivery (inquiry/expediting/inspection/logistics) in Procurement Work Place, manage vendor invoices and bonds, and support procurement management activities.

Lead and supervise HSE staff on construction projects, enforce safety regulations, develop and deliver safety programs and training, conduct audits and incident investigations, implement risk mitigation and PSSR, liaise with clients, and provide safety input to project plans and schedules.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, timely construction, inspection, commissioning and energization of substations and power distribution works. Coordinate material, drawings, RFIs, BOQ reviews, 3D/cable routing and interface resolution; prepare reports, method statements, JSAs, and track progress and lessons learned.

Manage and supervise project/construction cost control for EPC projects: produce cost and financial reports, support invoicing and payment applications, track change orders and back charges, verify vendor/subcontractor estimates, operate SAP/MDG, prepare cashflow forecasts, liaise with accounting/procurement/engineering, and analyze actuals vs budget to forecast and control project costs.

Lead development and execution of energization strategies and SAT/FAT activities for large-scale projects. Manage schedules, equipment lists, EPS tracking, test procedures, vendor coordination, punch lists, and cross-functional teams to meet project timeline, budget, and quality targets.

Lead pipeline FEED and EPC design deliverables for onshore/offshore oil & gas and petrochemical projects. Assess existing pipeline capacities, identify bottlenecks, prepare pipeline design documents, apply applicable codes/standards, manage vendors, and ensure safe, environmentally compliant execution through project phases from Pre-FEED to EPC.

Supervise document control staff, manage issuance and tracking of official project documents, respond to client/PMT/subcontractor document requests, administer the document management system, produce reports on document control issues, and provide training and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage document control for engineering projects: administer EDMS, oversee document numbering, transmittals, records (physical and digital), supervise document control team, ensure revision control, quality/compliance checks, progress reporting, and train staff to maintain document standards.

Provide on-site general affairs and administrative support for EPC projects: vendor and vendor contract coordination, procurement and asset management (SAP and non-SAP), site office maintenance, government and visa relations for foreign staff, employee relations and engagement, expense reporting, scheduling, document control, and oversight of site GA staff and services (camp, catering, transport, medical, security).
