Plan, control and perform quality activities for assigned disciplines per the QC system. Create procedures and ITPs, manage inspections/tests, track quality KPIs, coordinate corrective actions, handle NCRs/observations with clients, and oversee inspectors and subcontractor QA/QC using FMCS/SCMS.

Lead sales and business development in Dammam: build and manage relationships with Saudi Aramco, Sabic, PIF, SWPC; identify market opportunities and competitor activity; support tendering and bid submissions; manage vendor/client registrations and industry events; provide market intelligence and lead the sales team.
