Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and technical compliance for engineering EPC projects. Coordinate interfaces, review technical submittals, monitor design/procurement/construction/commissioning progress, manage claims and deliverables, prepare project plans and close-out documentation, and liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-cost, and quality delivery.

Lead and manage electrical quality activities across construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Prepare and review ITPs, test procedures (Fire Alarm, BMS/DDC, KNX), energization packages, maintain inspection records, initiate/close NCRs/CARs, coordinate with clients/consultants, supervise QC inspectors, conduct third-party audits, and ensure calibrated tools and quality documentation per project specifications and international standards.

Lead procurement quality control: prepare and manage Inspection Assignment Packages, oversee vendor/material inspections per Saudi Aramco and international standards, report non-conformances, drive root-cause and corrective actions, coordinate with vendors and site teams, train and manage inspection staff, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Manage scheduling and cost control for EPC projects using Primavera P6/MS Project. Prepare and update schedules, review subcontractor progress, perform monthly delay analysis and EOT/claims assessments, maintain delay register, identify schedule risks and recovery plans, generate progress and forecast reports, and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Lead development and execution of energization strategies and SAT/FAT activities for large-scale projects. Manage schedules, equipment lists, EPS tracking, test procedures, vendor coordination, punch lists, and cross-functional teams to meet project timeline, budget, and quality targets.
