Prepare contract-compliant project invoices, maintain client and project data, resolve billing and account issues, monitor project financials, and communicate updates to clients and project managers. The role requires strong attention to detail, accounting knowledge, organization, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Deltek Vantagepoint and engineering consulting or construction industry experience are preferred.
