Direct and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, proposals, client relationships, and subcontractor networks. Ensure project profitability, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery while supporting business development and coordinating with finance and marketing.

Support accounts payable by processing and coding invoices and payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers), matching POs and receiving documents, reconciling vendor accounts, investigating disputes, analyzing AP metrics (DPO, trends), driving process improvements, supporting month-end/quarter/annual closes, backing up Concur expense processing, and assisting auditors.

Manage all accounting operations and financial reporting, oversee month-end/quarterly/annual close, ensure GAAP revenue recognition and job cost/WIP reporting, maintain internal controls and audits, lead and develop the accounting team, drive process improvements and systems governance, and coordinate with Payroll, Project Accounting, and FP&A.

Manage EEO, prevailing wage, certified payroll and diversity compliance for construction projects. Prepare and file federal, state, and local reports, review subcontractor payrolls, track DBE/WMBE spend, coordinate with legal, project teams, unions and agencies, and lead supplier diversity outreach and reporting.

Support business technology by developing Power BI dashboards, low-code Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, validating and analyzing data with SQL, improving data governance, participating in SDLC, providing user support and training, and automating business processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
