Leads the university’s enterprise systems strategy, architecture, integration, modernization, reliability, security, and governance. Oversees ERP and related platforms, manages technical staff, coordinates cross-functional projects, partners with academic and administrative stakeholders, and manages vendors and enterprise technology investments. The role also serves as a senior escalation point for critical incidents and supports data-informed decision-making through integration, reporting, and operational data stores.
