Performs cybersecurity monitoring, threat analysis, vulnerability scanning, forensic analysis, incident mitigation, and security infrastructure support for Air Force Reserve Command systems. Develops and maintains security policies, controls, tools, and risk mitigation strategies; conducts cybersecurity awareness training; and supports system protection against unauthorized access and cyber threats. The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, IAM Level II certification, and at least five years of technical cybersecurity analysis experience.

Provides Tier 3 engineering, troubleshooting, lifecycle support, system design, integration, and performance optimization for enterprise Unified Communications and AVMM environments. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, upgrades, testing, documentation, system migrations, site surveys, asset management, and support across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The engineer serves as a senior technical escalation point, mentors lower-tier teams, and interfaces with government stakeholders. Experience with UC, VTC, VoIP, AV distribution, secure communications, and multi-level security environments is required.

Manage and optimize ServiceNow DEV/TEST/PROD instances, implement CAC authentication for IL-4, configure modules (SPM, ITAM, WSD, CMDB, Service Catalog), perform performance tuning, cloning, backups, reporting, user training, and ensure DoD/Air Force cybersecurity compliance while coordinating changes through platform owners.

Provide systems administration and operational support for intelligence training applications and infrastructure (Windows/Unix/Linux, VDI, VMware, NetApp). Act as Cyber Security Liaison for ticketing systems, manage accounts/LMS, build and deploy baselines/images, perform backups/restores, and deliver classroom/instructor support. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and adhere to DoD cybersecurity requirements while supporting NIPR/SIPR and classified environments.
