Lead brand marketing across 50+ third-party and 10 own brands, manage a team of three, run campaigns end-to-end (strategy, briefs, rollout), control seven-figure budgets, track KPIs/ROIs, develop own-brand growth and wholesale, and collaborate with buying, merchandising, creative, ecomm and retail teams. Hybrid role based in Greater Manchester.

Manage and optimise onsite content, categories, and landing pages to drive traffic, conversion and AOV. Monitor on-site search and customer behaviour, run website health checks, produce weekly trade reports, present insights, and work with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to align product priorities and stock online.

Support onsite and offsite SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings. Optimize website content and blogs, conduct keyword research and monitoring, collaborate with SEO agency and internal teams on technical SEO, and produce SEO-optimized copy for marketing campaigns.
