Manage and support the company’s IT environment, including Windows PCs and servers, Microsoft 365, FileMaker, QuickBooks, networks, mobile devices, printers, backups, and security tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues; configure new equipment and accounts; maintain documentation; coordinate with vendors; and strengthen cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
