Manage and execute AI safety and security policy projects: develop workplans, conduct research and policy analysis, coordinate stakeholders, run convenings and policy sprints, produce briefings and written products, and support program management for AI safety initiatives.

Support the Wildland Fire Service with strategic, multi-year budget planning, formulation, and evaluation. Develop budget justifications, integrate performance data and risk analysis, coordinate across agencies and stakeholders, coach budget staff, prepare senior leadership briefings, and align funding priorities with program goals and policy direction.

Manage semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, serve as primary employee contact, reconcile payroll and benefits accounts, ensure legal compliance, partner with Finance and vendors, support HRIS data integrity, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, audits, and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
