Manages communications, project updates, system performance explanations, payments, site access, account records, issue escalation, account reviews, contract amendments, and renewals. Maintains accurate Salesforce records while coordinating with internal teams and supporting owners across a multi-state portfolio. The role is entry-level with training and growth opportunities.
