Manage multiple community association portfolios: work with Boards, attorneys, and vendors; enforce governing documents; prepare budgets and financial reports; supervise staff; conduct inspections and meetings; ensure maintenance and regulatory compliance.

Provide front-line customer service and manage day-to-day HOA office operations: filing, work orders, ARC application intake, board meeting materials, resident communications, RV storage oversight, and special projects under the Community Association Manager.
