Lead business development to grow market position and revenue: prospect and qualify clients, develop proposals, lead pricing and negotiations, build client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation installation documents (single lines, layouts, connection diagrams, cable/tray schedules, grounding, lighting, power, MCC elements). Apply NEC, perform load, voltage drop, conduit/tray fill, and motor/substation calculations. Coordinate scope changes, support project teams, and provide on-site startup assistance. Use CAD standards and tools under general supervision.

Provide mechanical engineering support for EPC projects from scope through construction, startup, and return to service. Tasks include piping design, stress analysis, material specifications, layout and detail design, vendor drawing review, field data collection and construction support, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring code compliance, safety, and constructability.

Lead and supervise electrical/instrumentation engineering teams to deliver designs, estimates, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with codes, prepare single-line diagrams and equipment specifications, perform calculations (voltage drop, short-circuit, conduit/tray fill), develop estimates/schedules, review vendor drawings, and provide project control and client communication.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation drawings and documents for industrial projects using CAD standards. Tasks include motor control center single lines, power and lighting plans, conduit/tray routing, load and voltage drop calculations, on-site startup support, and cross-discipline coordination under general supervision.

Lead and supervise engineering teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Manage commercial contracts, project controls (cost, schedule, quality), client relations, change management, reporting, construction support, and project closeout. Validate estimates, coordinate resources, and mentor team members.

Perform mechanical and piping design tasks including piping layouts, P&IDs, isometrics, equipment layout, piping routing, clash detection, and material take-offs. Ensure compliance with ASME/ANSI/API/NEC standards, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, produce project documentation, and support document control under general supervision.

Lead full-scope electrical and instrumentation design for industrial projects, produce power and control drawings/specs, coordinate discipline activities, support procurement, construction, commissioning, and mentor junior staff.

Lead technical execution for engineering projects, support Project Manager on cost/schedule/client satisfaction, coordinate multi-discipline deliverables, manage engineering budgets/schedules, ensure quality and inter-discipline coordination, review 3D models and resolve design issues, and produce regular status reporting.

Plan and schedule heavy industrial electrical projects, develop work orders and replacement scopes, estimate budgets, create schedules and quality requirements, and coordinate with engineering and contractors for cost-effective electrical repairs and upgrades.
