Perform routine electrical and instrumentation design tasks under direct supervision, producing layouts, single lines, connection diagrams, cable schedules, calculations, and material take-offs. Assist drafters, review vendor drawings, support on-site startup, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet project deliverables and estimates.

Lead technical delivery for projects, support the Project Manager on engineering cost, schedule and quality, coordinate discipline and client design issues, ensure timely multi-discipline deliverables, manage engineering budgets/schedules, oversee 3D model reviews and clash detection, and maintain engineering quality control and team resource planning.

Lead detailed mechanical design for complex process and manufacturing projects including stress analysis, piping and HVAC design, material specifications, cost estimates, construction support, vendor drawing review, field startup assistance, and mentorship of junior engineering/drafting staff. Produce calculations, layouts, specifications, and schedules to meet codes, project scope and client expectations.

Lead design and delivery of controls and automation systems: develop architecture, PLC/DCS/HMI/SIS specifications, estimates and installation documents; mentor engineers; perform field data collection, commissioning/FAT/SAT support, vendor drawing review, network and I/O troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project schedules.

Manage project controls for multiple heavy-industrial capital projects: develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and schedules; perform variance analysis; implement project control tools; report performance and risks to senior management; collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Provide administrative support to HR and Benefits Leader: manage calendar and inbox, schedule and document meetings, administer HCM tasks and random drug screen program, handle ADA and pre-adverse/adverse letters, maintain HR intranet, coordinate travel/expenses, liaise with external legal, and support department events and reporting.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, client relationships, team leadership, reporting, change control, and construction support to ensure timely delivery.

Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation discipline for industrial projects: manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality; provide technical direction; design medium-voltage (up to 15kV) power systems; review calculations and deliverables; support estimating and proposals; mentor engineers and coordinate cross-discipline constructability and procurement activities.

Prepare electrical and instrumentation design drawings and installation documents (MCC single lines, control panels, lighting, power, grounding, conduit/tray layouts), apply NEC and company CAD standards, perform calculations (voltage drop, tray/conduit fill, load and motor sizing), coordinate scope changes, and provide on-site startup support.
